Answers to Common Shifting Queries

Shifting your home or vehicle can feel overwhelming, and it's completely normal to have questions about safety, packaging, timelines, and insurance. Here are answers to the questions we are asked most frequently by our clients.

We’ve been doing this work for over 10+ years, so most moving situations aren’t new to us. Our focus is simple: proper planning, careful packing, and responsible handling.

Yes. Not every customer has a full house to move. If you have a few household items, furniture, or boxes, share the details with us and we’ll check what can be arranged.

Yes, if you book packing with your move. We can pack regular household goods, appliances, furniture, kitchen items, and other belongings before loading.

Not at all. Just point them out before the team starts. Glassware, mirrors, electronics, and delicate items can be given extra cushioning and protective packing.

There’s no single rate for every move. A small local shift may cost much less than a large interstate move. Distance, goods, labour, packing, vehicle size, and property access all matter.

Yes. We take up office shifting requirements too, including furniture, files, workstations, and equipment. Larger office moves may need some planning beforehand.

Yes, on available routes. Tell us the vehicle type, pickup location, and destination first. We’ll then explain the available transportation option.

Once your moving date is reasonably certain, give us a call. Booking early is particularly useful for weekends and busy month-end dates.

Usually, no. If packing materials are included in your booked service, our team brings what is required for the job. The material can vary depending on the goods.

Send us your pickup PIN code and destination. We’ll check the route and tell you if our moving service is available in your area.

Your pickup and destination, approximate goods, floor number, lift availability, and moving date are a good start. For some jobs, a few photos make estimation easier too.

Nothing fancy. We prefer to understand the job first, plan it properly, and then get to work. After 10+ years in moving, we’ve found that this simple approach prevents a lot of unnecessary problems.
